What Happens to Your Virtual Coins?

  • Balances reinstated after restriction period.
  • No refunds or redemptions during restriction.

Marketing & Data During Exclusion

  • We aim not to send marketing, but errors can happen.

Exclusion by Unregistered Players

Email full personal details to support@xanthea.ca to be blocked from the platform.

6. Self-Assessment

If you suspect problematic behavior, ask yourself:

  • Do you hide your gaming?
  • Do you get angry when interrupted?
  • Do you play to escape emotions?
  • Do you lose sleep or skip duties?
  • Do you feel guilt or have conflicts over gaming?
  • Has gaming replaced other hobbies or social events?
